It is now very easy to transfer money from one bank to another bank or from one branch to another branch account. Before it was really a difficult job you had to visit a bank, fill out forms, stand in line, and spend the whole day transferring your money. But not now, now you can easily transfer money to your SBI account from anywhere and anytime.

- Log on to SBI Personal Banking page by clicking on this link.
- Go to the login page by clicking Continue.

Type your username. Type your password below it. And at the end type captcha and click on login button.

Then click on the Payment / Transfer option in the menu bar.

Click on Quick Transfer option.

Type the name of the beneficiary (to whose account you will send the money).
Type the account number of the beneficiary. Type this account number one more time below.
If it is SBI then click on Within SBI and if it is another account then click on others Bank Transfer option.
Click on any one in the Purpose option and tick I accept the Terms and Conditions and click submit button.
Verify the information you provide on this page and click Confirm.

Enter an OTP to the mobile number given to your bank account, enter it here and click confirm.
This time your money transfer is complete. If you want, you can print this page as proof.

Quick Money Transfer Limitation
The minimum transaction limit is Rs 100 and the maximum is Rs 10,000. Subject to a monthly cap of Rs 10,000 per transaction. Each beneficiary will be automatically implemented by 25,000 systems per month. A calendar month has a maximum amount of Rs. 50,000 / – for the sender and a maximum of 10 beneficiaries for the sender.
SBI online transfer feature
With a mobile or laptop, a customer can instantly transfer money anywhere at any time.
All you need is the beneficiary’s name, address and mobile number. The sender must know this information.
State Bank of India allows its account holders to transfer money from one bank account to another using SBI Quick Transfer.
Since the registration of the beneficiary is handled by the system, the sender does not need to provide the name and address for recurring payment.
You can pay for online shopping, air tickets, hotel bills and credit card bills.
Beneficiaries can withdraw money from Select State Bank ATMs without using any debit card.
Once created an IMT cannot be canceled.
The beneficiary has to withdraw the entire amount in a single transaction, i.e. no partial withdrawal is currently allowed.
SBI does not charge anything for online money transfer.

SBI online transaction money transfer facility will also be available on holidays. So far, bank money transfer facility has not been available.
